Products Sold by Reign Records
Unless stated otherwise, Reign Records will deliver the products purchase via post.

The confirmation of purchase email you will receive and the information displayed on screen 
will detail the Reign Records Order Number and the Transaction ID provided by the Reign Records Accounts Payments provider.

Extenuating Circumstances
Products are sold on a strict no refund or exchange basis.

In the event of a product not being able to be supplied , you will be offered a refund.

Reign Records engages third parties to provide services on your behalf, which may include collecting or processing your personal information on our behalf. Examples of such third parties includes credit card payment providers. Reign Records insists that any such third parties abide by Australian laws. Reign Records disclaims any and all liability for the acts, omissions and conduct of any third parties, advertisers and/or sponsors of the Reign Records service or which are in any otherwise related to your use of the service
